Yes, it is. We use plant based sweeteners erythritol/stevia for all our products which have a zero glycemic and insulin index thus having no impact on blood sugar or insulin levels.

We accept all online payment modes like UPI, PayTM, credit/debit cards and NetBanking. Cash on delivery is not accepted currently.

All our desserts are fully diabetic friendly, you can choose either from the low carb menu or the keto menu, we suggest choosing from the keto menu as it’s even more shredded on carbohydrates thus can be consumed liberally.

Our entire menu is gluten free except the Whole Wheat Ladoos.

We have a range of gluten-free desserts made with almond flour, coconut flour, sattu, quinoa, ragi.

You may consume all our keto products. Rest assured, we have a nutritionist on board with us to approve all the ingredients and their quantities for each category.

A keto diet chalked out with appropriate macros by a dietitian is best. In case you do not have a dietitian, the low carb category is a safe bet for all.
